At McDavid, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day return window for all gear in original, unused condition. If your protective wear or recovery sleeve doesn't provide the perfect fit, we will make it right with a seamless exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
